Modalities of booking
To make a booking, it is asked:
- For a camping pitch*: 50 €, that is 5 € for booking fees, as well as a 45-€ advance.
- For an accommodation : the 10-€ sum for booking fees, as well as an advance of 30 % of the stay
* when the length of stay is less than 3 nights, the deposit will be 30% of total price.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you, to inform you about your booking acceptance or about its refusal.
Payment of the balance
The balance of the booking must be settled on arrival.
Cancellation conditions
The cancellation of a booking must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, fax, letter). Booking fees can’t be refund.
The payment of an advance engages the reserver to make the stay. No refund can be demanded in case of cancellation.
Nevertheless, to take into account chances which the campers can meet, the campsite makes a commitment to pay back all or a part of the advance in the following conditions :
If your cancellation is received:
- Until 2 months before the date of arrival foreseen in the campsite : the totality of the advance is paid back to you;
- between 2 months and 1,5 months before the date of arrival foreseen in the campsite : 75 % of the advance will be refund to you;
- between 1,5 and 1 month before the date of arrival foreseen in the campsite: 50% of the advance will be refund to you;
- less than a month before the date of arrival foreseen in the campsite, or of delayed arrival or of early departure: no refund.
- In case of delayed arrival, your place or rent will be kept at your disposal till noon the day after the foreseen date of arrival. After this delay, and without news from you, the campsite can have it by rights. Think of phoning.
We remind you that the F.F.C.C. membership card includes a cancellation insurance. If your cancellation intervenes less than a month before the beginning of the stay, please send your demand of refund directly to the Insurances Service of the FFCC, with the invoice of cancellation which the campsite will have supplied to you, as well as documents proving your cancellation reasons.
